The majority of the flows are intelligently structured vinyasa classes, built to create rhythm through repetition, layering, and thoughtful progression. Expect a balance of challenge and steadiness, with space for both effort and exploration. Shorter reset-style practices and slower flows are woven in to support consistency over time.
